McWilliams|Ballard to Host a "Never Before / Never Again" Sales Opportunity for Oasis, Ft. Myers

McWilliams|Ballard, the largest new home sales and marketing firm on the East Coast, announced today that the firm will be hosting an informative sales and auction presentation for the 200 unit condominium project, Oasis, located in Fort Myers Florida at the W Washington DC, on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. At this presentation, Chris Ballard of McWilliams|Ballard and Lamar Fisher of Fisher Auction Company will outline what is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for condominium ownership in Fort Myers, Florida. McWilliams|Ballard was hired by Oasis Associates, LLC, a partnership between The Related Companies of New York, and Luper-Adler Fort Myers, LLC to sell and market the condominiums pre and post auction.

Oasis, a 32-story condominium building on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers, offers a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominium homes featuring Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, Bosch & GE Monogram appliances and sweeping waterfront views. Homes at the Oasis were originally sold between $400,000 and $800,000. At the auction to be held on November 20th at the Harborside Convention Center in Fort Myers, 40 of the 125 homes to be auctioned will sold at "absolute auction", meaning there is no reserve price and the home will go to the highest bidder regardless of price.
