LONGWOOD, Fla., Nov. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TDEY) is pleased to announce that the Company plans to market its proprietary 2D to 3D content conversion applications for use in educational facilities on a worldwide basis. 3D Eye's conversion technology can enhance the learning experience by converting DVD libraries to deliver 3D content for viewing both with and without glasses for use with 3D ready devices such as projectors, televisions and displays. 3D Eye Solutions state of the art 2D to 3D content conversion is compatible and can integrate its proprietary conversion process and file formats with all of the industry leading 3D display and viewing platforms. The Company is currently seeking partnerships with both manufacturers and suppliers of 3D ready devices and 2D content providers to school systems around the globe.

According to dat360.org, there are over 120,000 schools in the United States alone, which creates an opportunity for 3D Eye Solutions to work with partners in order to help upgrade and modernize educational materials for both teachers and students. "3D lessons bring an excitement into the classroom that is palpable. You can see the excitement in the children," stated Tracy Masamoto, Director of JTM Concepts, in a recent case study involving 3D technology in the classroom. In the same case study, it was shown that students improved their test scores by learning a lesson utilizing 3D technology in the classroom by 32 percent.

In recent years, a combination of increasing demands for more realistic images and evolving display technology has been the catalyst for advancements in the development of 3D images and pictures for various applications, and has enabled 3D technology to be put to practical use in the cinema, gaming, mobile and broadcast industries. But the market has strongly desired 3D to be applied to additional platforms including education.

"This is a great way for 3D Eye Solutions to showcase its content conversion for educational purposes worldwide," stated Mike Gibilisco CEO of 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. "Our conversion process has the ability to integrate with a wide variety of viewing platforms and is a cost effective solution for providers and users of educational content."
