Viewpoint Celebrates Record 3rd Quarter as Customer Satisfaction Continues to Rise

PORTLAND, Ore. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Portland-based Viewpoint Construction Software celebrates its 3rd Quarter results with record revenues, accelerating international growth and a highly acclaimed user conference despite a difficult economic climate in the construction industry. As construction companies move beyond the difficult economic hurdles of 2009 and 2010, it's apparent they're discovering that managing jobs, increasing productivity and making smarter decisions are more important than ever - and that implementing Viewpoint V6 Software is delivering a fast return on their investment.

After record September revenues, Viewpoint experienced 2010 year-to-date revenue up 38% over last year with a full-year outlook tracking towards 40% growth. Plus, Viewpoint doubled its Canadian customer base with software sales nearly equaling revenues in the US. The quarter closed with the highly successful 2010 Viewpoint User Conference. Approximately 500 registered guests and 23 sponsors attended 79 educational breakout sessions. "We are extremely pleased with our 2010 results so far and expect Q4 to continue accelerating behind the buzz of our User Conference and the results of our customer satisfaction survey in which our customers gave us high marks across the board," said Jay Haladay, Viewpoint's Chief Executive Officer. "With an expanding sales force outside the United States, our international business is also growing rapidly. We are looking forward to providing more value to our entire client base with products and services scheduled to launch in Q4 and early 2011."

With Vantage Point, a new customer website made available in Q3, and a robust Managed Services cloud computing platform ready for 2011, Viewpoint continues to establish its position as a complete solutions provider in the specialized ERP construction software market space. David De Rego, Viewpoint's Director of Marketing, expanded on that thought, "It's clear from the feedback we're receiving from our customers, and the industry as a whole, that we're doing the right things in regards to our expanding product portfolio, our focused customer support initiatives and our core software solution." He continued, "Our Q3 results have shown that Viewpoint V6 Software is delivering on its promise of being a truly integrated and easy-to-use software suite. We've been getting our message out and we're backing it up with top-notch products and support; the market is responding so we're anticipating Q4 results to continue at a record pace."
