MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dye Villas Private Residence Club, home to four championship golf courses, announced a new marketing campaign today for its luxury fractional ownership villas. Specifically, buyers can purchase four flexible weeks per year in a 1,871 square foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at prices starting at $34,650.

The price includes a full golf membership to the exclusive Pete Dye Club, with preferred access to four championship courses: the semi-private Pete Dye course, and the Greg Norman, Davis Love III and Tom Fazio public courses.
