StreetLinks to Acquire Majority Interest in Corvisa, LLC

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- StreetLinks National Appraisal Services, LLC, a national leader in the residential appraisal management business, today announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to purchase 51% of the equity of Corvisa, LLC, a software provider for mortgage and appraisal management.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Consummation of the purchase is expected to occur within 30 days, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions, including due diligence.
