Joe Dockery Joins Retail Consulting Practice at RPE

"Joe will be the key liaison during implementations, responsible for overall client satisfaction to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget to deliver a positive ROI and improve operational efficiencies," said Cliff Epstein, president, RPE. "He will be instrumental in all phases of client outreach including sales, consulting, education, implementation and support."

He joins RPE from JDA Software where he was an integral part of the implementation team last serving as practice director overseeing revenue and administration responsibilities for more than 40 consultants and contractors. His areas of specialty include Space and Category Management with JDA Intactix; Store Systems with JDA POS, Win/DSS and Workforce Management; and Merchandise Operations with JDA PMM and MMS. He began his 14 year career with JDA Software in education and training.
