TechMediaNetwork Adds Neatorama.com to Its Network

OGDEN, Utah - (BUSINESS WIRE) - TechMediaNetwork (www.techmedianetwork.com) has added one of the top-rated blogs in the world, Neatorama (www.neatorama.com), to its network of publishers. These partners participate in combined advertising, marketing and revenue generation opportunities.

"We are very happy to have one of the largest blogs in the world join our network of quality Web sites," said Gerald Nichols, vice president at TechMediaNetwork. "We will benefit from the strength of their blog, and Neatorama will excel under our monetization and marketing efforts. It's a great partnership."

Alex Santoso started Neatorama in August 2005 as a hobby blog, but within just a few short years it grew to be, in his words, an "obsession." And, it also grew to be ranked as one of the largest blogs by Technorati and others. The blog covers a wide range of topics, including technology, science, art and the weird and wonderful things from around the Web. In addition to its unique brand of blog posts, Neatorama hosts an online store, called NeatoShop, which offers more than 1,300 items.

"We've tried lots of ad-sharing networks, but they don't work in this economy," said Alex Santoso, founder of Neatorama. "TechMediaNetwork provides an integrated approach to monetizing our Web site. They look not only at advertising, but also site layout, functionality and marketing campaigns to help us maximize the revenue we can achieve, while keeping our site clean and user friendly."

Neatorama has more than 2.5 million visitors per month, however the blog's reach goes beyond its loyal readership - the blog is a regular source for many social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, Digg, reddit, as well as other blogs. It has been hailed as one of the trendsetters in the blogosphere. Some of the site's most popular posts include the 10 Most Magnificent Trees in the World, the evolution of Tech Logos and the Crasher Squirrel.

In addition to the company's owned and operated sites, TechMediaNetwork partners with other Web sites like Neatorama to better monetize their Web sites' advertising, marketing and revenue generation. This year, the company has added more than 40 Web sites to join its network.

In addition, TechMediaNetwork has also launched its own new Web sites: BusinessNewsDaily.com, TechNewsDaily.com, OurAmazingPlanet.com, iPadNewsDaily.com and LifesLittleMysteries.com, with additional new Web sites in the works throughout the remainder of the year.

TechMediaNetwork consists of owned and operated sites TopTenREVIEWS (www.toptenreviews.com), SPACE.com (www.space.com), LiveScience (www.livescience.com), Newsarama (www.newsarama.com), Life's Little Mysteries (www.lifeslittlemysteries.com), OurAmazingPlanet (www.ouramazingplanet.com), TechNewsDaily (www.technewsdaily.com), BusinessNewsDaily (www.businessnewsdaily.com) and iPadNewsDaily (www.ipadnewsdaily.com), among other numerous non-owned Web sites, like Neatorama.com (www.neatorama.com) and TechGuy (www.techguy.org), that collectively participate in revenue generation opportunities.
