Global Imaging and Innovation Leader Appoints Social Media Agency

Epson® is stepping up its digital activity and has hired social media agency immediate future to implement a cohesive social media strategy across Europe.

Following a three-way pitch, Epson handed the creative brief to immediate future to take charge of Epson's online engagement. immediate future will work hand in hand with the local territories to drive conversations and maximise communications online. Together Epson and immediate future will build strong relationships with a range of influencers by tapping into consumer passion points.

immediate future will work with Epson to oversee the development of its social media policies. The programme will see it implement procedures to ensure all communication follows agreed branding guidelines, is consistent in its content and tonality and supports the company's overarching business objectives.
