Gold River Productions, Inc. (GRPS) Announces the Filing of Updated Financial Data

Gold River Productions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) announces that it has filed all of the required documents with OTC Pink Sheets to become a fully reporting company on the exchange.

"Removing the yield sign from our trading symbol is the next step in the process of moving onto the bulletin board (BB) and ultimately one of the other exchanges such as the AMEX," reports Mr. Ohlin, Gold River Productions President/CEO.

"Later this month we will begin an audit of the Company's books and prepare the necessary filings for our move to the BB," stated Mr. Ohlin. "Our target is to be on the BB by late October. Once on the BB we will be able to close on the Equity Financing we have arranged which will allow us to purchase the equipment and lease manufacturing space to go into production. Our goal is to be in revenue generating operations by the end of the first quarter of 2011," Mr. Ohlin reported.
