PBX Announces Grant of Options

International PBX Ventures Ltd. (the "Company" or "PBX") (TSX VENTURE: PBX) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Company will be granting 1,200,000 stock options to directors and officers for a 3 year term, at an exercise price of $0.23 per common share.

And, International PBX Ventures Ltd. (the "Company" or "PBX) today also announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Company will be granting 200,000 stock options to a consultant for a one year term, at an exercise price of $0.23 per common share.
