Protection One Names Senior Sales Leader Rex Gillette as Vice President, Retail National Accounts

Throughout his career, Gillette has been instrumental in the growth of retail accounts for several electronic security companies. He began his career working with Sensormatic Electronics and became vice president of retail national accounts at ADT when Tyco acquired Sensormatic in 2001, a position he held for six years, while managing revenues in excess of $500 million. Prior to serving this role at ADT, Gillette grew annual revenue an average of 18 percent per year as a managing director of Asia Pacific Operations at Sensormatic.

In his new position at Protection One, Gillette is charged with leveraging his in-depth knowledge of the industry to grow the retail sales companywide, while developing the new retail national accounts.
