Marsh Appoints Jay Sharma as Multinational Client Service Director

Mr. Sharma will initially focus on Marsh's U.S. & Canada Division and will lead initiatives to improve network management operations. He will work with Elizabeth Demaret, who recently joined Marsh also in the role of Multinational Client Service Director; Ms. Demaret will initially focus on Marsh's International Division and colleagues in Marsh's Multinational servicing offices.

Mr. Sharma has 18 years' experience in the insurance broking industry. Since 2004, he has served as a client executive in Marsh's New York Metro partnership. Mr. Sharma joined Marsh in 1992 as a member of its aviation team.

"Jay's experience working with many of our largest multinational clients brings invaluable insight that will help us enhance the service we're delivering to our clients and continue to address their most challenging risk issues," said Hank Allen, President of Marsh Multinational.

Mr. Sharma is based in New York and will report to Mr. Allen.
