Cristina Saralegui to End "El Show De Cristina" at Its Peak
NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language media
company in the U.S., today announced that after an incredible run of
more than 20 years, Cristina Saralegui's "El Show de Cristina" will be
coming to an end.
The Univision Network will air the finale of "El Show de Cristina" on
Monday, November 1, beginning the all-important November sweeps period.
After the show's finale, Cristina will continue to be an active member
of the Univision family, hosting specials on Univision in the future.
Beginning with a daily talk show, and more recently with her weekly
program, "El Show de Cristina" has captured the hearts and minds of her
avid viewers for more than 20 years. She has empowered and entertained
the community with topical information, a "who's who" of high profile
guests and with her familiar, friendly warmth that audiences have come
to know and love.
