Fitch Takes Rating Actions on Merrill Lynch P-FLOATs Series MT-382, MT-383, MT-411, MT-515 & MT-550

Effective Aug. 20, 2010, the short-term rating assigned to each series will be upgraded to 'F1+' from 'F1' and will be based on each BANA liquidity facility. The 'F1+' rating will expire on Feb. 11, 2011, unless such date is extended or earlier terminated. The Outlook assigned to the long-term 'A+' rating assigned to each series is revised to Stable from Negative.
