MN-CCD Hosts Minneapolis Policy and Grill Events

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Enjoy food from the grill and beautiful late summer breezes, while you converse with candidates about their views on important public policy issues. All individuals running for state office in respective districts have been invited, and what better way to get to know them than enjoying free barbecue food in three of Minneapolis' wonderful public parks.



                   Monday, August 23 - Boom Island Park , Area C

                       Tuesday, August 31 - Kingsley Commons
                     4550 Humboldt Ave. N., Minneapolis, 5-7 pm
                       Thursday September 2 - Powderhorn Park
                      3400 - 15th Ave. S., Minneapolis, 5-7 pm

Given the significance of the pending legislative session, opportunities to learn and educate the future Capitol decision makers are essential to move Minnesota forward.

These events are free and all are welcome.
