Las Vegas Review-Journal Partners With AfterCollege to Reach a Top-Tier College Audience
Employers Advertising With the Las Vegas Review-Journal Can Now Target Almost 3 Million Students and Alumni in the AfterCollege Network

Online career network AfterCollege, in partnership with Cross-Post LLC, has announced a partnership with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Nevada's largest newspaper, to give college students and recent graduates access to thousands of entry-level job opportunities in the AfterCollege network.
In addition, employers advertising entry-level and internship positions in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, which boasts a daily circulation of over 167,000, can now recruit from AfterCollege's pool of over 2.8 million candidates from 2,300 colleges and universities around the United States. Companies will be able to target job seekers who have earned degrees or certifications that are in high demand, such as engineers, nurses, physical therapists, and biologists.
"AfterCollege was a natural transition for us with an already full coverage set of online products like the Healthcare Network and the Diversity Job Posting Network through Cross-post LLC," said Chelle Biz, Recruitment Advertising Manager at the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "The only missing component for us was the college level applicant. If 94% of all students look to the internet for job search, we were missing the boat without direct access to that group of students."
Biz continued, "We were amazed that only 11.5% of students surveyed said they actually used their campus career office to find a job. With AfterCollege, we now have the ability to reach almost 3 million students and alumni through their relationships with 17,000 student groups and departments, in 2,300 colleges and universities."
"The Las Vegas Review-Journal is one of the most innovative and forward-thinking media companies in the country," said Michael Dawes, VP of Sales and Business Development at AfterCollege. "From print to online video to multiple recruitment sites, just to name a few, The Review-Journal is a trendsetter in the industry. AfterCollege can drive incremental revenue to The Review-Journal through an audience missing in Vegas prior to the partnership. Our patented process ensures clients of The Las Vegas Review-Journal receive only qualified responses to their openings."
