WENR Corporation Upgrades Transmitter for KELM-43

WENR Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) is pleased to announce Ngensolutions LLC, the operator of KELM-43, has upgraded its transmitter at the East Red Peak antenna facility southwest of Reno, Nevada. The upgraded transmitter is scheduled to become operational during the month of August. This transmitter will allow better transmission and reception of the television signal.

In June, 2010, WENR signed a letter of intent to acquire Ngensolutions LLC, which the Company anticipates to close in August. The transmitter was financed and terms were not disclosed.

"This is a major step in WENR becoming a multi-faceted media company," said Dan Green, President. "Ngensolutions is placing into service the hardware for broadcasting the second television station which will become an asset of WENR."
