Russell Europe Index: Equity Markets Up 12.4% in July

Equity markets in the Russell Europe Index are showing a gain of 12.4% for the month of July (MTD through July 27, 2010), as compared to returns of -0.5% and -14.6% for the first and second quarters of 2010, respectively.

The Russell Europe Index has outperformed other regions for July through July 27, including the Russell Developed Index (8.7%), the Russell Emerging Markets Index and the Russell Asia Index (3.8%).
