I send my deepest condolences to all those who lost loved ones in today's crash in Islamabad of Air Blue flight ED 202. Included among the victims were two American citizens.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and with all the people of Pakistan at this difficult time.

As I saw first-hand during my visit last week, the Pakistani people are friends and partners and we will continue to stand with them.
