BMC SELECT Strengthens Senior Management Team

BOISE, Idaho, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- BMC SELECT, one of the nation's leading providers of building materials and construction services, today announced several senior management changes to strengthen the Company's rebranding and return to its core mission of providing residential building materials and targeted construction services.

Peter Alexander, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, has been named Chief Executive Officer. Paul Street will transition to assume the role of Chief Administrative Officer and will manage the Company's legal, risk management, human resource and related core functions. Street will remain on the BMC SELECT Board of Directors. Stan Wilson, currently the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, announced his retirement effective at the end of 2010 and will remain active in managing the company until then. Michael Badgely, currently Inter-Mountain Region General Manager, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Company-Wide Operations. Daniel McQuary will remain in his position as Chief Financial Officer. The management transition will be effective August 1.
