United States Military Academy Partners With Paciolan to Implement Access Management and Digital Ticketing

Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that the United States Military Academy ("Army") has purchased its access management and digital ticketing solution. Army athletics will implement digital ticketing at football games at Michie Stadium, followed by hockey and basketball games in the future.

"We've had a tremendous experience partnering with Paciolan to take advantage of the many benefits of online ticketing, fundraising and marketing systems," said Chris Kingston, associate athletic director, United States Military Academy. "Their technology has allowed us to take our athletics program to the next level by creating a better experience for Black Knights fans, while staying in close and consistent contact with our supporters and donors. We couldn't be happier with what Paciolan has helped us accomplish."

Paciolan's digital ticketing solution streamlines the ticketing process and enhances the fan experience by allowing fans to print tickets at home. It also minimizes will call lines and enables tickets to be scanned more efficiently. For Army Athletics this means significantly less congestion in the popular Black Knights Alley pre-game festival area.

Army athletics will also continue to use their e-mail marketing tool, "PACMail" that also allows them to pull data from its customer database and send customized marketing letters to fans and supporters to promote upcoming games and fundraising events. Coupled with Access Management, PACMail also allows Army athletics to thank fans for attending events or created targeted marketing messages for those who could not attend.

"It is an honor to be working with one of the nation's most respected organizations," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We look forward to partnering with them to achieve their digital ticketing and marketing goals, while delivering the best service to their fans and supporters."
