ShopRite Helps Shoppers Save More with Save to Loyalty Card Coupons from Coupons.com
KEASBEY, N.J. & MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - ShopRite is giving shoppers more ways to save on their grocery bill.
ShopRite has launched a Coupons.com "Save to Card" coupon gallery on its
website that lets shoppers add money-saving coupons directly to their
ShopRite Price Plus Club card. The announcement was made today by
Coupons.com and Wakefern Food Corp., the nation's largest retailer-owned
cooperative and the merchandising and distribution arm of ShopRite
Supermarkets which has more than 220 stores in New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland.
Accessible 24/7, the Save to Card coupon gallery is immediately
available at www.shoprite.com/coupons.
After registering their ShopRite Price Plus Club card information,
shoppers simply select the coupons they want and when their Price Plus
Club card is entered or swiped at checkout, coupons are automatically
deducted from the total - all without the need for clipping or scanning
printed coupons.
Shoppers will find coupons for products across the store, aisle after
aisle. The new Save to Card gallery complements ShopRite's current
collection of online printable coupons (also powered by Coupons.com),
which it has offered since 2008, and gives shoppers the flexibility to
save with coupons in their preferred way.
"ShopRite is dedicated to helping shoppers save money, and the new Save
to Card coupon gallery is just another way we are doing just that," said
Joe Sheridan, Executive Vice President of Wakefern Food Corp.
"Coupons.com has the most coupons available for brands found across our
stores so shoppers can stretch their grocery budgets without
compromising quality or convenience."
"More and more consumers are looking to the Internet as a valuable
resource for money-saving offers. In fact, hundreds of thousands of
dollars in savings have already been printed from ShopRite's gallery of
online printable coupons," said Steven Boal, CEO of Coupons.com
Incorporated. "At the same time, a growing number of consumers are
learning that savvy supermarkets are allowing coupons to be saved
directly to their store loyalty card. It is an easy way to use coupons
for consumers who would rather not print and organize coupons. With the
addition of the new Save to Card gallery, ShopRite is giving its
customers the option to use coupons the way they prefer - either printed
or on their Price Plus card."
