Hertz Global Holdings to Hold Second Quarter 2010 Financial Results Conference Call

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ), the parent company of The Hertz Corporation, the world's largest general use airport car rental company and a leading equipment rental company in the United States and Canada, today announced plans to hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2010 results.

The call will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET and will be available for audio replay one hour following the conclusion of the call through August 18, 2010.
