Three Federally Designated Health Information Technology Regional Extension Centers Select Health IT Certification's On-Line Training Program
WASHINGTON - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Health IT Certification, LLC announced today that three federally
designated Health Information Technology Regional Extension Centers will
offer Health Information Technology (CPHIT), Electronic Health Record
(CPEHR) and Health Information Exchange (CPHIE) training and
certification programs to their staff, physician practices and
implementation partners. More than 2,400 individuals have taken
advantage of these programs since 2005.
Physician practices in the states of Arkansas, Nebraska, Montana and
Wyoming will now have access to these educational programs through the
following Regional Extension Centers:

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, said that AFMC is pleased to offer
Health IT Certification's online approach to quickly train staff and
physician practice personnel in HIT, HIE and EHR. He also noted that
