Superior Oil and Gas Co. Acquires Its Third Additional Well in Logan County, Oklahoma

Superior Oil and Gas Co. (OTCBB: SIOR) has acquired the Lewis #1 well in Logan County, Oklahoma. "This further expands Superior's resources in the Wolf Creek prospect's surrounding area," announced Dan Lloyd Jr., Vice President of Superior. "Based on our experience in Wolf Creek, we believe this addition to our Logan County properties will advance our ability to develop specific producing zones that we know to exist. This acquisition should help us toward the goal of achieving significant profitability while, at the same time, maintaining manageable risk factors," Lloyd added.
