Delray Beach Mayor to Participate in Radio Talk Show July 1
City of Delray Beach Mayor Nelson S. "Woodie" McDuffie will participate in a simulcast audio/video radio talk show, "Military Talk with Tom Graver", on PowerTalk 1420 AM. The show airs live on Saturday, July 3 at 9:00 pm. During the broadcast Tom Graver, in association with
Bob Calvert, Program Host of Talking with Heroes and Alan Gray, Managing Editor of
NewsBlaze, will pay special tribute to our military.
Soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan will be able to speak to family and friends by calling the radio network's toll-free number between 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
"To spend an evening talking to the brave men and women who continue to defend our freedom is such an honor," states Mayor McDuffie. "Their allegiance and commitment to preserve American independence is something we should celebrate not only on July 4th but every day."
