Would You Buy Vodka That Tastes Like Salmon?

"An Alaska distiller said it took him about 50 tries to perfect the recipe for its smoked salmon flavored vodka.
Toby Foster of Wasilla said the salmon vodka, now available at Alaskan bars and restaurants
and some locations in the lower 48 states, is the costliest product his 2-year-old company, the Alaska Distillery, creates, the Anchorage Daily News reported Wednesday.
'The first three or four times, it was gag city,' he said of perfecting the recipe." - UPI
Normally I would advise someone if at first you don't succeed, try again. But I would have told this dude after a couple of failed attempts to give up his foolish plan of perfecting a recipe for smoked salmon flavored vodka.
If after a dozen tries he couldn't come up with a recipe for vodka that tastes like smoked salmon, the distiller should have interpreted that as a sign from God that he was on a Satanic undertaking.
A wino will drink cheap wine even if it tastes like dead fish, but people of style and sophistication drink vodka, and they will never buy vodka that tastes like salmon.
Toby Foster of Wasilla has now surpassed Sarah Palin as the biggest idiot from that small town in Alaska.
