Revitalization Update:
This Thursday is a special coffee chat, YOUR ATTENDANCE IS REQUESTED! Changes in the project schedule need to be made and we are asking for merchant feedback. Even if you can't attend every coffee chat, please plan on attending this Thursday, June 24. The coffee chat will take place at The Black Rooster, 807 Sutter Street, 8:30 am.
Today, Teichert finished rebuilding the road at Gold Lake. When you have a moment, go check out the beautiful new road!
The schedule for this week:
600 block: Starting tomorrow mid-morning, Teichert will begin saw cutting the block. This should take place all day. On Wednesday, Teichert will begin moving equipment to the 600 block. On Thursday and Friday, work will begin on the sewer. While Teichert is working, the 600 block will be closed to vehicle traffic. Please encourage your customers to park in the new garage, located in the Folsom Gas and Electric Building at Scott.
800 block- Teichert will be continuing work on water and DI's (drain outlets) . Expect this block to be closed while work is taking place.
900 block- Teichert will be finishing up on water work tomorrow. The 900 block will be opened back up to vehicle traffic starting Wednesday. Minor work will be taking place during the week, however, one lane will be open to vehicle traffic. Work on Decatur is also estimated to be finished by Wednesday. Decatur will be opened back up to vehicle traffic.
Thursday Night Market:
I am offering all merchants vendor space on the 600 block. If you would like a space, let me know! If you are interested in helping coordinate the 600 block for Thursday Night Market, I will be having a meeting on Wednesday at 9 am. The meeting will take place at my office, 604 Sutter Street, Suite 290. Please let me know if you will be able to attend.
Enjoy your week!
