EON Reality Announces the EON Icube 30 Library

EON Reality, Inc., the world's leading interactive 3D software provider, today announced the release of EON Icube 30 application library. EON Icube 30 consists of a new innovative Immersive Graphical User Interface (IGUI) that enables the users to browse and interact inside 3D applications totally immersed within EON Icube.

EON Icube is calculating the 3D perspective view in real-time using optical motion tracker systems, both for the head and the Xbox 360 controller that is your navigation device. The Xbox 360 controller is trackable in six degrees of freedom which gives you the control to aim at any target in your scene and fly, select, trigger and interact totally immersed inside your application. With this easy-to-use interface you can switch between 30 interactive applications either by using the Xbox controllers "laser beam" or voice control commands.

EON Icube 30 includes applications like interactive apache helicopter, soccer stadium, apartment, roller coaster, Portuguese town, solar system, yacht, aircraft interior and much more. EON Icube 30 is now being used by several of EON Reality's partners in their Icubes such as in Clermont-Ferrand, France, Babes-Bolyai University in Romania and KCTCS in Bowling Green, KY.

All the applications' immersive settings are controlled from one configuration file. This allows you to do an easy set up when you use the application on different Icube sizes, wall angles for flexible Icube (90, 120, 180), and tracking system calibrations.
