Bluewave Group, Inc. and Pepsi North America Begin Production on Digital Download Campaign

Bluewave Group, Inc. (OTCBB: BLEW) and Pepsi North America (PepsiCo) announced today that on July 5, 2010 they will begin production in preparation for their joint national digital download campaign scheduled to launch in Q1 2011. The musical content for the campaign is to include musical works from the likes of: The Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Lady GaGa, Jay Z, Beyonce and Frank Sinatra. Bluewave Group and PepsiCo have also arranged for exclusive downloads to be provided by creative geniuses Scott Storch, Kanye, Timberland and Dr. Luke.

"We believe this production process marks the beginning of Bluewave Group's journey to provide the consumer premium-designed musical products and unique musical experiences for future generations," stated Bluewave Group President Derek Jackson.

The Bluewave and PepsiCo promotion is also expected to include specialized bottle caps and creative online promotions within the overall joint marketing campaign.
