SOUTH PASADENA, Fla., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cerebellum Group announced today an agreement with Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics Consultants, Inc (DBPC, Tampa, FL) to migrate the secure Tridas eWriter(TM) software application to a new hosting platform to improve the program's performance, security and capacity for growth.

"With our practice growing rapidly, we needed to take steps to move our application to a more robust and scalable hosting platform," said Dr. Eric Tridas, Director of the Tridas Center and president of DBPC. "The Cerebellum Group impressed us with their knowledge of the project's technical details, and their ability to pull a lot of moving parts together in a very compressed timeframe."

The major elements of the project include database migration, network reconfiguration, and application/server installation. In addition, the application's security will be strengthened to better protect the Tridas Center's data from unauthorized access and misuse.

The proprietary Tridas eWriter(TM) application supports an essential information gathering role that precedes a patient's first appointment with the doctor. Responses contained in the online questionnaire help Tridas Center staff develop appropriate techniques for assessing and managing patient developmental issues.

"We're extremely pleased to be DBPC's technology and security partner in this initiative," said Tom Miles, President of The Cerebellum Group. "We're positioned with the right talent, resources, and partners to make this move happen according to Tridas' aggressive implementation schedule."
