wholly-owned subsidiary of the publicly-traded Earth Search Science Inc.

native Chicagoan who has spent her entire adult life in the non-profit
sector as a volunteer, a professional, a fundraiser and a

a result of her passion for the environment which began when she became
the volunteer chairman of the books and literature committee for The
First National Congress on Population and Environment held in Chicago in
June of 1970. In 1971 it was renamed TRUST Inc. and she became its
Executive Director as it shifted its focus to the urban environment. In
1982, TRUST was awarded the prestigious James Brown IV Award given by

Audience Award winning film titled "FUEL" which is a documentary on the
world's addiction to oil and the need to replace it with a more
sustainable biofuel like algae. Always the pragmatist, however, she
recognizes that it will take time for the U.S. to become more energy
independent in a environmentally responsible way, and she sees ESSI
technology as providing part of that solution. A graduate of
Northwestern University with a degree in English Literature, Morrow
serves on the Board of Directors at Bakke Graduate University in
Seattle, Washington.
