SAN DIEGO & LONDON - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Nextivity, Inc., an award-winning manufacturer of 3G in-building coverage technology today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement, effective June, with Frequency Telecom to distribute products using Nextivity's Cel-Fi indoor coverage technology in the United Kingdom. Cel-Fi technology incorporates many features not previously available at this price point, including carrier selectivity, power management and easy customer setup. Based on 3GPP mobile 3G standards and in regulatory compliance with EU and FCC emissions specifications, Nextivity's Cel-Fi solution was chosen as the winner in the "Communications and IT" category of the CONNECT Most Innovative Product Awards. "We are pleased to partner with World Class companies such as T-Mobile and Frequency Telecom in an effort to deliver unparalleled voice coverage and increased 3G data rates for wireless users who have trouble communicating through the walls ceilings and floors of their home or office," said Werner Sievers, CEO of Nextivity.

Frequency Telecom is a leading independent mobile communications group serving more than 2,000 locations across Europe with wireless data products and mobile accessories. Frequency's Managing Director Gareth Limpenny says, "We can see from the demand for 3G devices and accessories how popular 3G is and we're very confident that Nextivity's Cel-Fi will be a tremendous success. This is a high quality, unique plug-and-play solution that delivers exceptional coverage improvements at a very fair price. Early indications from our pre-launch customer research are extremely positive and we look forward to working with Nextivity and T-Mobile in developing this exciting market category."

John Fannon from T-Mobile UK said, "We first showcased the Nextivity Cel-Fi product at our recent Independent Partners Conference and the response from the Partners was universally overwhelming. This is due to the fact that the product delivers exactly what it promises and is both simple and rapid to deploy. Furthermore, no technical expertise is required. Since that introduction in January, our Partners have continually approached us with just one question - When can we have it? I'm delighted to hear that Frequency have been appointed to handle the undoubted demand for Cel-Fi going forward as they offer exceptional levels of expertise and service in distributing products to our existing Partners already."

About Nextivity, Inc.

Nextivity, Inc. is a leading developer and manufacturer of indoor coverage products which optimize the experience of wireless subscribers and increases RF network capacity for mobile Operators. The Company is leveraging advanced signal processing and intelligent antenna design to create a new market for self-configuring, environmentally-aware indoor coverage systems. About Cel-Fi

Cel-Fi focuses on making indoor mobile users appear to the network as if they are outside, and in close proximity to a base station. This obviates dropped calls, increases voice quality and significantly increases data speeds while optimizing limited network resources. It consists of a 'Window Unit' and a 'Coverage Unit' and does not require any external antennas, awkward cabling, network registration or the use of a fixed broadband connection. Consumer installations take less than five minutes. Nextivity's Cel-Fi solution is currently being deployed by more than 20 mobile Operators worldwide and is in trials with many others.
