The BPM series, designed for both IT and business decision-makers, will present a wide range of content including overviews of BPM technologies, detailed BPM case studies, and proven best practices for utilizing BPM to boost efficiency to reduce errors and waste, improve customer service and find new revenues.

"IDN events are designed to show IT and business executives how they can use BPM to solve the challenges they're facing today and how to coordinate business and IT for future benefits," said IDN Publisher Tom Donoghue.
