Golden Spirit Forms Strategic Partnership in the Alternative Fuel Market

Golden Spirit Enterprises Ltd. (OTCBB: GSPT) reports that the Company has formed a strategic marketing alliance with The International Parliamentary Foundation ("IPF") and is also in final discussions to acquire a new patented proprietary technology in the alternative fuel market. These developments are in keeping with Golden Spirit's green energy mandate that has been in place for several years.

IPF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the Health, Nutrition, Housing and well-being of those living in Latin America. The CEO of IPF is Lemuel Rodriguez who is a Pastor of the Promise International Center in New York. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge (1976) and received a Lumma cum Laude (2003) from the University at Northfield and a Degree on Arts of the Diplomacy and the International Relations.

The new proprietary technology the Company intends to acquire is a unique fuel formulation which reduces Greenhouse Gas and other environmentally damaging emissions while maintaining an existing engine's operational capacity at the same level it would have with currently available fuels.

In other matters, after further due diligence, the Company has mutually terminated its Memorandum of Understanding with Tectane Technologies Corporation and Nino DeSantis, previously announced on April 23, 2010.

Mission Statement:
Golden Spirit Enterprises Ltd. is an environmentally, socially conscious Company specializing in green technologies which will assist in fighting global warming and the march to help mankind.
