Yum! Brands Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.21 Per Share

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Yum! Brands Inc. (NYSE: YUM) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be distributed August 6, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 16. Yum! is committed to returning significant cash to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases. Since inception in 2004, Yum! has more than quadrupled the quarterly dividend.

Yum! Brands is the world's largest restaurant company in terms of system restaurants with more than 37,000 restaurants in more than 110 countries and territories. The company is ranked #216 on the Fortune 500 List, with revenues of nearly $11 billion in 2009.
