TCPN Awards National Fixed Price Gasoline & Diesel Contract to Aegis Fuel Solutions
TCPN (The Cooperative Purchasing Network) announced today that Aegis Fuel Solutions, a leading provider of customized gasoline & diesel products for businesses and governmental entities, has been awarded a national cooperative purchasing contract for fixed price on-road fuels. Aegis Fuel Solutions was one of multiple respondents to respond to the TCPN Request For Proposal (RFP) for fixed price on-road fuels that was advertised nationally.
"We were looking for a reputable supplier to help our members to better manage their gasoline & diesel costs. Aegis Fuel Solutions offers a flexible, cost competitive product that takes the guesswork out of the budget process by enabling our members to control their fuel costs. When the proposals to the RFP were tabulated, Aegis Fuel Solutions put forth the most attractive offering for TCPN members." said John Ricks, National Platform Contract Manager at TCPN. "In today's uncertain economic environment, fuel prices continue to be exceedingly volatile. We're thrilled to offer this product to our members, previously available to only the larger organizations."
"We are excited to be teaming up with TCPN to offer the Aegis Price Stability Product to qualifying members. Specifically designed to aid organizations exposed to fuel volatility, our product flattens fuel budgets and accurately forecasts future fuel expenditures," said Cliff Sirlin, Managing Director of Aegis Fuel Solutions.
