Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCTC) was advised today that they have been selected by FORTUNE Magazine, a subsidiary of Time, Inc's News Group, to be featured in their Nuclear and Clean Energy signature article that will go on sale May 10th. The article is in response to President Obama's recent proposal to expand nuclear power loan guarantee authority by $36 billion.

Doug Hague, President & CEO of Clean Coal Technologies, Inc., (CCTI), was quoted: "CCTI was selected from a short list of some 30 potential contributors for this influential publication, and will be the only company representing the Clean Coal sector. We are honored that CCTI was selected, and believe that this further illustrates that our technology offers the world the most immediate cost-effective solution for turning dirty coal into a clean source of inexpensive fuel.

"Our selection by Fortune Magazine is testimony to the acceptance of CCTI's revolutionary approach as the interim technological bridge to address the issues associated with the continued use of coal until such time as even more environmentally and economically preferred energy solutions are developed."

In a recent interview with Eric Adams of FORTUNE Magazine, Hague stated: "Sustainable economic growth is dependent on the increased availability of low-cost energy. Our immediate challenge is how to address the world's energy needs while protecting the environment, and impacting consumer's wallets at the least possible cost. CCTI promises to provide a global solution to this dilemma."
