AMNE Will Close an Exclusive Supply for Phase Change Material

American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) () will close an exclusive supply agreement for Phase Change Materials next week in Newry, Northern Ireland. AMGG has been in negotiations with the company which has agreed to undertake the necessary testing in order for the material to be accepted as an approved building material in Europe and the UK. Once testing and certification is complete local manufacturing will begin. Irish and American officials will be on hand at the signing. AMGG will supply the materials, technology, and new product development expertise to assist the Irish group in manufacturing and marketing the product into the local and regional markets. Ireland alone has some 440,000 public housing units which by government mandate must be upgraded for energy efficiency in the next 5 yeas. A total of over 9 million housing units will be upgraded in that period of time in the United Kingdom.

AMGG also announces it has finalized its agreement to market and sell licenses with the patent holder for the PCM technology. AMGG will offer protected territory, use of name, equipment, films, and custom blended PCMs to new manufacturing distributors.

The new web site should be operational later this week and fully functional a few days later.
