Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Acquires Florida Planning and Engineering Firm
WATERTOWN, Mass. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Bob Brustlin, President and CEO of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB), a

Mass., announced today its acquisition of MSCW, an Orlando, Fla.-based
planning and engineering firm. The acquisition will be effective April
10. Both companies have been in business for more than 25 years. The
merged companies will be doing business in Florida as VHB MillerSellen.
VHB's Southeast Regional Manager, Michael J. Carragher, said that the
acquisition is in response to growth opportunities and the improving
economic climate in Florida.
