Good Faith Estimate Made Easy - Insight Title Company Releases Rate Quoter

RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Practices Act) is a federal consumer protection statute requiring (among many other things) loan originators to provide borrowers with a Good Faith Estimate that clearly lists key loan terms and fully discloses what the borrower would pay in closing costs connected to the loan.
