Lady Gaga Has Over a Billion Video Views

"Gaga has reached the 1 billion mark in video views. According to Mashable, with numbers and analytics compiled by Visible Measures, Gaga is the first artist to have her videos reach 1 billion views. Three of her music videos hold spots in the 100 Million Club, including 'Poker Face' (374,606,128), 'Just Dance' (272,941,674) and 'Bad Romance' (360,020,327). Lady Gaga came of of nowhere to become the queen of YouTube. Why is this controversial and unconventional performer racking up more views than established superstars?
The answer is simple, everybody loves to gawk at a freak show, especially when there's no price of admission. Folks who click Lady Gaga videos aren't music lovers so much as they are lovers of the bizarre.
Sometimes I click on a Lady Gaga video, and turn off the audio, I'm simply curious to see what outrageous outfit she's wearing.
