SAN FRANCISCO - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Organizers of DrupalCon San Francisco today announced the final program for the conference. DrupalCon, held this year at Moscone Center, April 19-21, 2010, is the premier conference for the Drupal social publishing and web development technology. Drupal creator Dries Buytaert will present the welcome keynote on April 19.

More than 2,500 attendees - including enterprise users, Drupal experts and casual hobbyists - are expected to attend, making this the largest DrupalCon to date. There are talks on a variety of topics for all ability levels. More than 400 sessions were submitted, and the final program is packed with over 120 talks focused on building websites with Drupal.

"We are delighted with the lineup at DrupalCon and were truly overwhelmed with quality sessions that cater to all audiences," said Dries Buytaert, Creator and Project Lead of Drupal. "We are proud to host the largest DrupalCon to date. This is a testament to how much Drupal has grown in the last couple years."

Dries Buytaert will deliver his keynote on the first day of the conference. He will give a state of the union talk about Drupal, focusing on adoption, enhanced features in the upcoming release of Drupal 7, and looking years down the road.

The hot sessions at DrupalCon will include topics such as: Whitehouse.gov use of Drupal, Facebook applications, Twitter, iPhone and web services, Cloud Computing, ecommerce, the latest trends in web design, how to get started with Drupal, and more. All sessions fall into one of six tracks covering first impressions, design & usability, code-free success, technical details, leveraging Drupal for business, and providing professional Drupal services.

Registration for DrupalCon San Francisco is only $195 through March 25. After that, it goes up to $225. All attendees will be able to attend three full days of sessions and seminars led by the best and brightest minds in the Drupal community. Register at https://sf2010.drupal.org/registration.

This year DrupalCon offers hands-on training classes on April 18th, the day before the conference begins. Ten of the 20 classes are already sold out and only a handful of seats remain in the others. These classes, covering a wide variety of topics from basic site building to scalability and performance, are taught by Drupal experts and available only in addition to your DrupalCon ticket.
