Dual Electronics' GPS Cradle for iPod touch Now Available

The XGPS300 All-Inclusive Portable GPS Solution for the iPod touch Comes With NavAtlas(R) Navigation App, Car Kit and Works With Most Other Location-Based Apps

Dual Electronics Corp. announces today that its award-winning GPS Navigation & Battery Cradle for iPod touch® (model XGPS300) is now available for purchase in the US through the Apple Store (www.apple.com). The Cradle, which resembles a battery case in size and weight, provides a complete, portable GPS navigation solution for iPod touch, including the NavAtlas® turn-by-turn navigation app with TTS technology, rechargeable battery, and a car mount.

The XGPS300 includes:

• The Cradle with a built-in GPS Receiver, a Rechargeable Battery to power the GPS or recharge the iPod, an Amplified Speaker for voice prompts, a microphone, a 3.5mm audio out and a mini USB port.
• NavAtlas^® -- the Cradle-exclusive, fully featured turn-by-turn navigation app with TTS technology and the latest US and Canada maps from NAVTEQ is included with purchase, and can be downloaded for free from the App Store on iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore. There is no subscription fee.
• An Adjustable Windshield Mount for secure docking and charging of the Cradle and the iPod in a car.
• A 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter and a mini USB to USB cable.

The Cradle also provides GPS coordinates to most location-based apps, allowing iPod touch owners (using iPhone 3.0 software) to enjoy more apps, including those for social networking, finding a restaurant, boating, golfing, geocaching, topographic maps, and much more. The Cradle retails at $199.99.
