Ranger Gold Corp. Provides Corporate Update

Ranger Gold Corp. (OTCBB: RNGC) -- Ranger Gold Corp. (the "Company" or "Ranger") is pleased to provide its shareholders with an update on its corporate activities.

On November 29, 2009, Ranger Gold Corp. entered into an agreement with MinQuest, Inc. to acquire the CX Property located in Nye County, Nevada. According to the terms of the agreement, Ranger has the right to earn a 100% interest by making certain annual property option payments and by accruing minimum exploration expenditures.

The CX Property consists of 72 unpatented mineral claims covering six epithermal gold-silver targets within a caldera margin that hosts at least two other major gold-silver mines with combined production and reserves of several million ounces.

Previous work on the property is extensive and consisted of approximately 100 drill holes which identified a resource and confirmed the existence of significant gold and silver mineralization over substantial widths.

Ranger has reviewed all historical data and is in the process of planning a drill program to test the mineralized system.

"We believe the potential for the CX Property is significant, and plan on carrying out an exploration program in the near term," says Gary Basrai, President of Ranger Gold Corp. "We are also currently examining a number of other assets in Nevada and hope to make further additions to our portfolio."
