Bit Cauldron Corporation Closes Series AA Financing Led by Emergent Growth Fund II
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Bit
Cauldron today announced that Emergent Growth Fund II of
Gainesville, Florida, has led a total round of over one million dollars
in Series AA Participating Preferred stock, enabling the company to stay
on target for a mid 2010 launch of their 3D glasses technology with name
brands to be announced later. In conjunction with the round, Garrett
Gleim has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.

multiple high tech industries and is right here in the heart of
