Wrestling Superstar Competes Overseas
No ECW, WCW, TNA, WWE superstar has ever performed in the Asian country of Nepal. That will all change this month as the Italian Bad Boy Big Vito heads overseas to make wrestling history.
In the United States, Big Vito reached notoriety as part of the Da Baldies on ECW before entering the "squared circle" for WCW.
As a performer with both WWE and TNA, Big Vito reached a celebrity status.
Vito's feud on "Smackdown" with William Regal made his name a household word to the World Wrestling Entertainment faithful.
In regard to wrestling in Nepal, Big Vito had plenty to say:
"The government has provided a great tour for me because I am the first American to wrestle here in this country. I am looking forward to this challenge, and I will definitely give the fans their money's worth!
"I am going to bring it to the man they call The Himalaya Tiger. He maybe their champion and defending his country's honor but I am Big Vito! The squared circle is my country!
"I will give him the fight of his life, and I will show no mercy on him! I don't care who's backing him up! He will have his people behind him, but he has never faced the likes of the Italian Bad Boy!
"Our match will be held in a 10,000 seat arena and kicks off a two week tour for me. This will be a great achievement for me. The people of Nepal are looking forward to this as well as I.
