JASPER, Ind. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - David A. Fuhs, President and CEO of National Energy Control Services, Inc. (NECS), and John H. Hill, President of The Hill Group and former Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), are pleased to announce a strategic partnership. The agreement brings together the regulatory compliance, DOT compliance and tax-related expertise of NECS with the expertise and experience in transportation safety systems and policies developed over John Hill's 36-year career in highway safety.

In making the announcement on March 1, 2010, Dave Fuhs stated, "Everyone at NECS is very pleased to have this opportunity to partner with John and The Hill Group. Our common goal is to help companies overcome the many challenges associated with safety, regulatory compliance, and operating cost-effectiveness in a complex regulatory environment ... and particularly in light of the new CSA 2010 regulations. John is preeminently qualified to provide senior executive level consulting and guidance. He'll work closely with Paul Provencal, NECS Director and Senior Compliance Consultant, to assist fleet owners and operators in assessing any risk factors associated with their current compliance status and to implement any necessary corrective actions. The combination of the expertise and experience gained during John's long and broad-based regulatory and enforcement career, coupled with our client-driven fleet solutions ... raises the bar in compliance consulting."

Commenting from his office in the Washington, DC area, John Hill added, "NECS is a professionally administered organization with a comprehensive set of resources for motor carriers. In addition to the exceptional DOT safety compliance tools, they also offer unparalleled expertise in fuel tax recovery matters, fuel savings technologies which allow trucks and buses to operate with improved fuel efficiency and reduced greenhouse gases, and advanced data management tools. It is unusual to have a business with such a complete portfolio for their customers. And most importantly, their integrity and commitment to their customer is exceptional. I am quite pleased to partner with NECS."
