Dutch Patients Expect Sexual Favors From Nurses

"A union representing Dutch nurses will launch a national campaign Friday against demands for sexual services by patients who claim it should be part of their standard care.

The union, NU'91, is calling the campaign 'I Draw The Line Here,' with an advert that features a young woman covering her face with crossed hands.

The union said in a statement Thursday that the campaign follows a complaint it had received in the last week from a 24-year-old woman who said a 42-year-old disabled man asked her to provide sexual services as part of his care at home." Read more

President Obama's health care plan is on the critical list, barring a miracle or a totally unexpected bipartisan compromise it will languish in Congress.

But if an amendment was added to the bill granting patients the right to expect sexual services by their health care providers, there would be a groundswell of support from Democrats and Republicans.

Some brothels have their working gals dress up as schoolgirls, librarians, and of course nurses. Making love with a nurse is every man's fantasy, and every male patient dreams of being assigned a nurse with a good bedside manner and large hooters.

Every day more and more men enter the nursing profession, and female patients would also be entitled to receive sexual favors.

The Netherlands is a sexually-liberated country, but I'm still surprised that many Dutch patients expect sexual services from their nurses. Dutch men must be watching too many porn movies, where every librarian is a repressed nympho and every nurse is a whore.

On a serious note, it's sad that the problem of patients hitting on their nurses is so bad, that a nurses union feels compelled to launch a national campaign to address the issue. Our dedicated and hard-working nurses don't need to put up with the unnecessary stress of having their patients treat them like sex objects instead of health professionals.
