DiversityInc Ranks Marriott in its Top Ten

BETHESDA, Md., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- DiversityInc magazine unveiled The 2010 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity® list during an evening gala at the Marriott Metro Center hotel in Washington, D.C. this week. Marriott International was named seventh -- the highest ranking hotel company on the list - and included on three specialty lists - Top 10 Companies for Executive Women, Top 10 Companies for Blacks and Top 10 Companies for Supplier Diversity.

Marriott was recognized for demonstrating strength in four areas- CEO commitment, human capital, corporate and organizational communications and supplier diversity.
